Small team. Calm guidance.

Across the week, a small team supports you: a meditation & yoga guide, a breathwork & mindful movement lead, a restorative energy work practitioner, and facilitators for intimate, confidential circles - including guides trained in deeper inner work and integration. FAQs

What does “deeper inner work” mean? It’s a single day designed for opening and inward attention - a safe, quiet setting, experienced facilitation, and time afterward to integrate what arises. We outline the flow during your intro call and 1:1 preparation.

Why do I need to meet with my guide four times and as a group? Because this is a carefully held week, it’s helpful to arrive with open intentions whatever they may be. The four short 1:1 conversations make the experience fit you and ensure the week unfolds calmly and safely. The group sessions ensures you don’t arrive as strangers.

Do you serve alcohol? No. For everyone’s comfort and depth of experience, we ask that alcohol and recreational cannabis be avoided throughout the trip. Thanks for helping us keep the space clear and steady.

Be ready to reconnect with who you truly are. I hadn’t realized how long I’d been neglecting myself until I arrived here. The space, the silence, the care - it all brought me back to myself.
