reclaim meaning beneath the weight you carry

A structured five-day recalibration on Vancouver Island

Permission to slow down and be. No logistics to manage. Only 3 spots remaining in 2026.

Tall trees in a dense forest with sunlight filtering through the green foliage and a fallen log on the ground.

relentless doing has a price

At first, achievement keeps you going. It feels like progress.
Over time, it becomes the only thing that does.

Presence fades.
Relationships still function, but something in them thins.
And slowly, almost without noticing, meaning starts to slip.

Sunset over rocky shoreline with trees and ocean waves.

you have Permission to stop

Most people who find their way here have built a life that works — and quietly suspect it isn't the whole story. They're tired of performing for an audience that includes themselves. Instead of more input, Passages of 125°West provides space. Real space, long enough to hear what’s actually there.

That's what this was built for. Five days on Vancouver Island where the logistics disappear, the pace slows to something human, and experienced guides hold the structure so you don't have to. What you do with the quiet is entirely your own.

I built passages from the inside out

Thirty years in senior leadership taught me how to perform under pressure, carry responsibility for others, and keep moving. It didn't teach me how to stop.

The inner work came later — and not by choice. It came through disruption, fracture, and the slow realization that the patterns driving my success were also costing me something real.

What I found on the other side of that is what I now help others find.

The longer you carry serious responsibility, the more aware you need to be about what’s driving you.
