reclaim meaning beneath the weight you carry

A five-day recalibration on Vancouver Island

Deeply personal. Fully Supported. Only 4 spots left in 2027.

You’ve spent your life giving, serving, achieving.

You’ve been good at it, for a long time. But a pace like this comes with a price. Underneath that relentless doing is a part of you that’s been neglected.

This is your permission to pause

And to put yourself first for the first time in decades. To be still and explore what you’ve been too busy to notice.

I built passages from the inside out

Because I know this terrain from the inside.

Thirty years of leading, achieving, and holding tightly to an identity built on accomplishment taught me how to perform. It didn’t teach me how to stop, or how to be present with the people I love. What changed me wasn’t another optimization hack. It was learning to be fully present. And in that presence, I found awareness, compassion, and love, for myself and the people around me that I hadn’t let myself fully feel before.

That’s why I created Passages - to hold that kind of space for others.

“The intention and care that Michael has put into Passages is truly unique - from the people selected to journey together and an incredible five days of unwinding in nature and thoughtful conversation, to the day where the trust and openness all come together. This journey has changed my perspective on life and how I show up for the people I love.”

From the moment you board your floatplane to the unhurried pace of Vancouver Island, everything is taken care of—so you can let go of logistics and just be present.

  • Five days / five nights of curated moments in nature and stillness

  • Return floatplane transportation from Vancouver to Vancouver Island

  • Stays—an ocean-side resort in Tofino and a secluded farmhouse on Salt Spring Island

  • Meals—thoughtfully selected local restaurants

  • Ground transportation throughout the journey

  • Mindfulness activities curated for accessibility, guided by experts

  • Deep inner work—a guided, supported session in an altered state, for those who choose it.

the moments that shape your passage

“It wasn’t a single meal, or one breathtaking day hiking or kayaking through Tofino and Salt Spring island. It was all of it, each moment a stepping stone drawing four strangers into friendship, into shared vulnerability, into shared humanity.”

~A.A., 2026 passenger

What you carry home

You'll go home to the same life. The same responsibilities, the same people counting on you. But having stepped away from it, even briefly, you return able to see it clearly. And what changes is how you carry it. A different relationship with yourself. Clearer about what matters. Less driven by the things that were running you. More present for the people you come back to.

when you’re ready, here’s how it works

  1. Schedule a Conversation

A confidential call to assess fit and readiness.

  2. Prepare With Intention

Complete intake and guided preparation so you arrive clear and grounded.

  3. Arrive; the Rest Is On Us

Fly into Vancouver for your float plane departure. Everything from there is handled.

"I went looking for answers. I found myself."
